Our work is filled with all kinds of meetings, from one-on-ones to large groups — how do we make this time purposeful and meaningful?

In this training led by Kris King, we'll look at thinking of meetings as actions, considering how we plan in terms of “the action is in the reaction vs the action is in the activity”, and how we develop the agenda. This is a training for everyone — for new people, it’s a great introduction; for experienced leaders, it’s a good reflection piece.

Open to anyone affiliated with a member institution, and to considering members.
